Scope of Services. Through this Site, DJV Construction Inc markets and arranges General Contractor, Home Remodeling, Custom Home Building, Commercial Construction, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Adu Construction, Home Addition. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://djvconstructionla.com is the property of DJV Construction Inc or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. DJV Construction Inc reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://djvconstructionla.com is provided on an "as is" basis. DJV Construction Inc makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. DJV Construction Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify DJV Construction Inc from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
